Workshop Advice & Usage

Before any deployment or commissioning at the end client, inform the user that this is a strictly Wi-Fi version featuring no cellular SIM card slot. As part of a fleet deployment via an MDM solution, it is recommended to perform the first configuration and system updates while connected to mains power. For maintenance technicians, when dismantling the display unit in the workshop, ensure you use a heating plate set to a maximum of 70 °C to soften the peripheral adhesive seal without altering the backlight layers of the IPS panel. The insertion of the microSD memory card must obligatorily be carried out while powered off.
