Technologically, the Leva E10 is powered by the Unisoc UMS9117S processor, ensuring smooth navigation within the Mocor OS interface. Its high-contrast 2.4-inch screen is perfectly legible, even outdoors, thanks to optimised brightness management. Despite its apparent simplicity, it features a rugged IP54-certified design, effectively protecting it against dust ingress and water splashes—a standard of robustness essential for active seniors or demanding work environments.

Ergonomics are optimised by well-spaced, backlit keys with high-contrast markings, making typing easier for those with visual impairments. Acoustics are a priority, with call volume amplified by up to +35dB and certified hearing aid compatibility (HAC M4/T4). Workshop Advice & Usage

The Doro Leva E10 uses a Nano-SIM (4FF) card. Although it comes with a charging cradle, we recommend advising the activation of the automatic keypad lock (via settings) to avoid frequent "pocket dials" common with candybar models kept in a pocket. Technical note: As with the rest of the Leva range, a software option allows the charge to be limited to 80% to extend battery life; in the event of a customer complaint regarding perceived "incomplete" battery life, check this setting before diagnosing a faulty battery. For storing audio files or photos, adding a MicroSD card is almost essential given the limited internal memory.
